SHIPPING

GAMER ships anywhere within the ( UK, US, Canada, UAE ); however shipments to villages or out cites communities may experience an additional 1 to 2 business days for delivery.

Delivery to military and diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may require an additional 30-40 days.

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number alongside the tracking link.

NOTE: The tracking link can take up to 48 hours to show up on the courier website, even after you have received the shipment confirmation email. Shipments in the courier system receive updates at various points between pickup and delivery. It is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Once the order has been placed, the ship to address cannot be changed.

Our courier will call you to schedule a time with you before they move to your location. However, if the courier came and you are not available at the agreed place, the courier will re-call you to schedule another delivery date.
Note: each order is eligible for two attempts, a charge may be applicable an additional attempt.

CANCEL & RETURN

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to cancel or return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

You may return your pre-order item within 14 days from the date it ships, as long as the item is unopened.

Items may be eligible for return within 14 days of shipping. However, digital products are not refundable.


If you return an order that was placed with a promotional code, discount, or offer, you'll be refunded for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.


Any products returned must be sent back with the original packaging and include any manuals, cables, and accessories.

Damaged or destroyed or opened items will result in a refund denied.


Digital products are not Eligible.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

PRE-ORDER

A “pre-order” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Products in a pre-order status are marked with a “pre-order” ribbon.

To reserve a product marked with the "pre-order" ribbon, simply add it to your shopping cart.

A credit card is required to make a pre-order reservation. Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed.

In most cases, you can pre-order an item on gamer-me.com up to 4 days prior to the scheduled release date and time.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number.

Your credit card will be charged for your pre-ordered item at the time you place your pre-order reservation.

Generally, pre-orders are delivered on the listed Release Date. However, your order has to be placed five days before the release date.

Pre-order release dates we list on our site are based on information we receive from publishers or manufacturers and could be subject to change. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled all together, we will notify you via the email address on file.

Yes. Please note that each pre-ordered product will have a separate order reference number.

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number of our delivery carrier, and then you will get a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery time.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order reservation any time before the item enters the shipping process (approximately 7 days before the currently scheduled release date).

You may return your pre-order item within 14 days from the date it ships, as long as the item is unopened.

You can modify the shipping address associated to your pre-order anytime up to 7 days prior to the listed release date of the product.
